Russian troops have started a new wave of offensives in the Kursk region.
According to the analytical project DeepState, the enemy has resumed offensives on Pogrebki, Zelenyi Shlyakh, Daryino and Sudzha.
The main pressure of the enemy army has been stopped, but new attempts by the Russians to carry out massive assaults are expected, the analysts write.
According to Ukrainian Marine (air recon unit) Kriegsforscher, Russian units have been significantly reinforced with manpower as well as armored vehicles: in particular, the 810th Marine Brigade received 40 new BTR-82s.
The Russians used weather conditions – wind and fog – to start their initial attacks. The 51st Airborne Regiment went on the attack using 7 buggies and 8 BMPs/BMDs, the 83rd Airborne Brigade – several BMP-3s supported by a tank, and the 810th Marine Brigade – 14 BTR-82s.
However, according to him, the first assaults were repulsed – most of the armored vehicles were hit or completely destroyed.
