On the night of July 28, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 131 strike drones of various types. Air defense forces neutralized 107 targets, while 16 drones struck nine locations.

Starting at 6:00 p.m. on July 27, the occupiers launched 131 Shahed UAVs at Ukraine, including jet-powered drones, as well as Gerbera, Italmas and Parodiya decoy drones from the following directions: Bryansk, Kursk and Oryol, Russia; temporarily occupied Donetsk; and Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
As of 8:00 a.m., air defense forces had shot down or suppressed 107 Russian drones in the north, south, center and east of the country.
Strikes by 16 attack UAVs were recorded at nine locations, while debris fell at six locations.
