One person was killed and two others were injured in a massive Russian attack on the Odesa region. Production and warehouse facilities, trucks, as well as a number of civilian sites in another district of the region were damaged.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this.
The strike damaged a production workshop, warehouse facilities and trucks. A large fire broke out at the site.
The State Emergency Service noted that most employees avoided injury because they were in a shelter during the air raid alert.
Due to the threat of repeated strikes, rescuers were forced to temporarily withdraw to safer locations. State Emergency Service psychologists also worked at the scene, providing support to those affected.
In another district of the region, the attack damaged the facade and windows of a hotel, a medical facility building, a non-food store and a two-storey residential building.
More than 140 rescuers and five members of a National Guard of Ukraine fire unit were involved in dealing with the aftermath of the Russian attack.
