Ukraine’s Defense Forces are testing new Black Widow 2 river drones. These small boats, designed for reconnaissance and strike missions, are 1 meter long and weigh only 8 kg.
The drones can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h, cover distances of up to 10 km, and operate in standby mode for several days.
The payload of the boat is 3 kg of explosives, which is enough to destroy small enemy boats.
The developers compare the drone to FPV drones: “We are also FPV, but on water,” explains the developer.
