On the night of February 10, Russian troops struck the energy infrastructure of the Odessa region. After the shelling, residents of three communities were left without power.
This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kipper.
In the south of the region, damage to an energy facility was recorded, and a fire broke out. An administrative building was also damaged. No information about casualties has been received.
“Due to the strike, settlements in three communities in the region are partially without power,” the report said.
Critical infrastructure facilities have been switched to backup power from generators. The consequences are being eliminated and power supply is being restored.
