Russia poses a serious threat, and NATO must be prepared for possible sabotage operations and provocations by Moscow. At the same time, Russia is currently not capable of launching a large-scale offensive against the Alliance.

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said this during the Gość Wydarzeń program.

“Russia is threatening us, and we must take it seriously,” he said.

According to Sikorski, Russia is currently unable to carry out a major offensive operation against NATO.

He noted that preparations for such an offensive would be visible through satellite intelligence.

“We saw the concentration of one hundred thousand soldiers around Ukraine, which had been building up for months,” the Polish foreign minister said.

Sikorski also stressed that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s intentions turned out to be “worse than Western Europe expected.”

At the same time, the Polish minister warned that Russia is capable of sabotage operations and provocations “below the threshold of a real invasion.”

“NATO must also be prepared for such actions,” he added.
