The Armed Forces said they continue to carry out Ukraine’s defense tasks in full. At the same time, some units have received instructions regarding restrictions on fire.
This was reported by Suspilne.
The Main Communications Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that a ceasefire cannot be unilateral or asymmetric, as this would pose a danger to servicemembers. Therefore, the tasks of the defensive operation are currently being carried out in full.
“A ceasefire regime cannot be unilateral or asymmetric, otherwise it will pose a danger to the lives and health of our servicemembers. Therefore, the tasks of the defensive operation are currently being carried out in full,” a Suspilne source said.
According to Dmytro Filatov, commander of the 1st Separate Assault Regiment, his unit has an order not to strike at operational depth, but no restrictions have been imposed on firing or combat operations at the tactical level.
At the same time, Suspilne sources from the commands of two brigades in Donetsk region and a brigade in northern Kharkiv region denied reports that a ceasefire regime had been introduced. However, as of the morning, the command of the Territorial Defense Forces “North” had received instructions to introduce such a regime.
