According to Tribuna.com, Ukrainian midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk of Chelsea London has passed a positive doping test. A banned substance was found in the “A” sample, which was taken at the end of October.
It is expected that the B sample will be opened in the near future, which will confirm or deny the previous result.
Representatives of the publication have already asked Mykhailo and his manager for comment. The player’s side has not yet provided official statements, but promises to do so in the near future.
The 23-year-old Ukrainian faces disqualification if the positive result is confirmed.
The last time Mudryk was included in Chelsea’s application was on December 1, when the team played against Aston Villa. Since then, he has missed four matches.
