President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has decided to set up a Ukrainian delegation to interact with Ukraine’s international partners to ensure the negotiation process to achieve a just peace.
This is stated in Presidential Decree No. 14/2025-rp of 15 March.
The delegation will be headed by the head of the Presidential Administration, Andriy Yermak. The negotiating team also includes:
- Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiga;
- Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov;
- Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Pavlo Palisa.
‘To allow the head of the delegation to make changes to the composition of the Ukrainian delegation in agreement with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine; to involve employees of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organisations in the established procedure to ensure the work of the Ukrainian delegation in agreement with their heads, scientific advisers and experts,’ the document says.
