On the morning of April 7, Russian forces attacked a minibus in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with a drone. Three people were killed in the strike, and 12 others were injured.
This was reported by Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko.
The strike on public transportation occurred during rush hour, as people were heading to work.
During the rescue operation, seven people were freed and rescued. Medical personnel, rescue workers, and police are on the scene.
“Russia is deliberately targeting civilians. This is no accident — it is their tactic. These are deliberate strikes against civilians,” Klymenko wrote.
