On the morning of 15 March, a Russian drone attacked a local resident’s car in Kharkiv region.

According to preliminary data, the 65-year-old man was driving towards the village of Vilcha in Chuhuiv district. Near the village of Lyman, an FPV drone exploded next to his car. Despite his injuries, the victim managed to get home on his own, where his wife called an ambulance.

Doctors admitted the man to a hospital in Kharkiv with explosive injuries.

The investigative team, forensic experts and explosive experts were working at the scene. Criminal proceedings were opened over the shelling under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.
