As of 1:00 p.m. on October 10, energy companies managed to improve the power grid for consumers in three regions. Restrictions on consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions have been reduced.

This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

Restoration work after a large-scale rocket and drone attack on energy facilities continues in each affected region.

Emergency power cuts are currently being enforced in Kyiv, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and partially in Cherkasy regions. Hourly power outages continue in the Chernihiv region.

Thanks to the restoration work already completed, energy companies have managed to partially reduce restrictions for consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions.

Also, according to DTEK, energy companies have restored power to 270,000 Kyiv residents.

“First of all, we restored power to critical infrastructure facilities: transport, water and sewage systems, medical and educational institutions,” the statement said.
