        General Staff: Russian army losses since start of invasion approach 985,000 personnel

        The total estimated combat losses of Russian forces from February 24, 2022, to May 29, 2025, amount to approximately 984,940 personnel. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

        Over the past day alone, Ukrainian forces eliminated another 1,050 enemy troops. Additionally, they destroyed 81 UAVs, 31 artillery systems, 56 vehicles, and one armored combat vehicle.
