        Unmanned Systems Forces strike Tuapse oil refinery

        Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, together with other Defense Forces units, carried out a strike on the Tuapse oil refinery in Russia. A fire broke out at the facility following the attack.

        This was reported by the Unmanned Systems Forces. According to them, the operation was conducted in coordination with Special Operations Forces, Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR), the Security Service of Ukraine, and other defense components.

        The Tuapse refinery is part of Rosneft and, after modernization, has a design capacity of about 12 million tons of oil per year, accounting for 4.4% of Russia’s total refining capacity.

        The plant produces Euro-5 standard petroleum products, mainly exported via a seaport terminal.

        As a result of the strike, a fire started at the site. Details about the extent of the damage are being уточнено.

        The Unmanned Systems Forces noted they continue to carry out strikes on strategic facilities in Russia to reduce its ability to wage war against Ukraine.
