As of April 12, 2026, the total combat losses of Russian troops since the beginning of the full-scale invasion are estimated at about 1,311,180 personnel, including 1,070 over the past day. The relevant data were published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the military, 11,859 tanks (+8 over the past day), 24,384 armored combat vehicles (+3), 39,871 artillery systems (+73), 1,727 multiple launch rocket systems (+1), and 1,345 air defense systems (+1) have also been destroyed. In addition, enemy losses include 435 aircraft and 350 helicopters.
The General Staff added that Ukrainian forces have destroyed 233,866 operational-tactical UAVs (+2,081), 4,517 cruise missiles, 33 ships and boats, as well as 2 submarines. Also eliminated were 88,914 units of automotive equipment and fuel tankers (+216) and 4,121 units of special equipment.
