On the night of September 25, Ukrainian forces struck two Russian oil refineries — in Perm and Novoshakhtinsk. There were also hits on the defense enterprise “Iskra Plant” in Ulyanovsk, while two Russian radar stations were destroyed in the Rostov region.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this on Telegram.
“We are responding to Russia for its brutal attacks on life. This night, thanks to our long-range sanctions, two oil refineries were hit: in Perm and Novoshakhtinsk,” the president said.
Zelenskyy also reported a strike on the defense enterprise “Iskra Plant” in Ulyanovsk.
Two radar stations used by Russian forces were destroyed in the Rostov region.
As a reminder, OSINT channels today published videos and photos showing the aftermath of attacks on Russian oil refineries. In particular, they reported a fire at Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez in Perm, where, according to preliminary data, the AVT-5 unit was burning, as well as a strike on the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant in the Rostov region, which stopped operations after the attack.
