On the morning of May 4, the “Strela” plant, located in the Suzemsky district of Russia’s Bryansk region, was reportedly attacked. The facility produces electronics for the Russian military-industrial complex and cooperates with the state-owned corporation Rostec.
The attack was reported by Russian Telegram channels, including Mash.
According to their information, a fire broke out on the premises, engulfing a production workshop and an administrative building. Initial reports suggest the plant suffered severe damage and may have been destroyed. Two security guards reportedly sustained minor injuries and sought medical attention.

Conflicting versions have emerged regarding the nature of the attack. One account suggests the plant was shelled by a Grad multiple rocket launcher system, while another claims it was struck by unidentified drones. This is the second reported attack on the facility in the past six months — the previous one occurred on November 30, 2024.
