On the night of 11 November, Ukrainian defence forces carried out a series of strikes on key military and economic infrastructure facilities in Russia and the temporarily occupied territories. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, the Saratov oil refinery in the Saratov region was hit. The enterprise produces more than 20 types of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and other components used to supply the Russian army. After a series of explosions, a large-scale fire broke out on the territory of the plant. Details of the damage are being clarified.

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck an oil terminal in Feodosia (JSC ‘Morskoy Neftyanoy Terminal’) in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The facility is an important hub for the supply of fuel by sea to the peninsula and the occupied areas of southern Ukraine. The strike hit fuel tanks. The extent of the damage is being assessed.

Also, in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian forces struck a warehouse supplying the invaders in Donetsk and an area where enemy forces were concentrated near Ocheretine. The strike UAVs reached their targets, and the results are being clarified.

The General Staff emphasised that the Defence Forces continue to systematically reduce Russia’s military potential by destroying the logistics and infrastructure that support the aggression against Ukraine.
