According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, work is ongoing in Kryvyi Rih to eliminate the aftermath of the Russian missile strike on the city.

He said Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure. Rescuers have already put out the fire.

Zelenskyy expressed condolences to the relatives and loved ones of those killed.

More than 20 people were wounded, three of them in serious condition. All those injured are receiving the necessary assistance.

The president said that every such day and every Russian strike prove that pressure on the aggressor over this war is insufficient.

“They also prove that every delay in implementing air defense agreements, any delay in deliveries to protect Ukraine and Ukrainians, effectively means the loss of lives,” Zelenskyy stressed.

He also said the world must not remain silent about the fact that Russia has still taken no real step toward ending the war.

According to the president, Russia has not given any clear response to all of Ukraine’s proposals for diplomacy, meetings and steps toward peace.

“Pressure is needed. Pressure on Russia so that the situation changes for the better,” Zelenskyy said.
