Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces (SOF) have released footage showing the destruction of a railway bridge over the North Crimean Canal in Russian-occupied Crimea. The bridge was used by Russian forces to transport resources and military equipment to the southern front.

The footage was published by the Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Middle Strike units of the Special Operations Forces, in cooperation with underground members of the SOF Resistance Movement, carried out an operation to destroy the railway bridge over the North Crimean Canal near the village of Rozdolne in occupied Crimea.

The bridge served as a strategic military logistics artery for Russian forces. It was part of a transport corridor used to move cargo, resources and military supplies from Russia through Crimea to support Russian troops on the southern axis, as well as to maintain military infrastructure on the peninsula.

During the night of June 22, SOF drones struck the bridge. As a result, the railway track was destroyed and one of the bridge spans collapsed.

Afterward, members of the SOF Resistance Movement reported that specialized railway repair equipment had arrived at the damaged site.

On the night of June 23, Ukrainian drones launched the second phase of the operation, striking the repair equipment and carrying out a follow-up attack on the remaining sections of the bridge.
