The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, reported the latest figures.
Fourteen injured people remain in hospital. Three men are in serious condition.
As Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov previously reported, the Russian strike damaged a hospice, from which nearly 50 terminally ill patients are being transferred to other city hospitals. The oldest patient is 90 years old.
A total of 20 residential buildings, a gymnasium, a kindergarten, a music school, a library, the Enerhetyk Palace of Culture and an outpatient clinic were damaged or partially destroyed across the city. More than 1,000 windows were shattered. The old part of Prydniprovsk was left without water following damage to a water intake facility.
