Ukraine and Russia will hold working-level talks in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11, mediated by the United States. The parties will discuss post-war security guarantees, de-escalation, humanitarian issues and further steps toward a peaceful settlement.

This was announced by US President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff.

Washington will mediate the negotiations, which are intended to advance President Donald Trump’s efforts to end the war.

In addition to the Abu Dhabi meeting, US negotiators will hold consultations in Brussels this week with representatives of France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the European Union and NATO.

The Brussels talks will focus on security guarantees for Ukraine, Europe’s post-war security architecture and economic opportunities to support Ukraine’s reconstruction.

Witkoff said the US hopes to build on the results of previous talks in Kyiv, Oslo and St. Petersburg. He described the goal of these diplomatic efforts as reaching a comprehensive and lasting peace agreement that will ensure long-term security.
