Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Germany, where a meeting with the U.S. negotiating team is scheduled for today. The talks will focus on security guarantees for Ukraine.
Zelenskyy said the discussions will center on developing reliable security mechanisms to ensure that the experience of the Budapest Memorandum and Russia’s invasion are never repeated. He added that Ukraine expects the talks to be constructive.
