Ukrainian drones attacked an oil refinery in Ufa. This was reported by Ukrainian Telegram channels Exilenova+ and Supernova+, which published photos and videos from the scene.
Local residents noticed a thick column of black smoke rising from the direction of Chernikovka. Two Bashneft oil refineries are located in that area.
The local Emergency Situations Ministry office did not provide any official details, saying the information was being clarified.
At the same time, unofficially, officials in the agency said that a UAV “may have hit” the area near the oil refineries.
Before the attack, a drone strike alert had been declared in regions of the Urals.
The authorities of Bashkortostan had not commented on the situation at the time of publication.
