Ukraine signed 160 agreements worth more than €10 billion following the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdansk. Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced the results.
According to her, the agreements were the result of daily work by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the entire Ukrainian team.
Among the key outcomes of the conference, Svyrydenko named the first tranche of the EU’s new financial instrument, worth €3.2 billion.
Ukraine also signed a $3.4 billion agreement with the World Bank.
In addition, URC-2026 saw the launch of the European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and the creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund.
Another result of the conference was €140 million allocated for housing programs.
Svyrydenko also highlighted an agreement with the European Investment Bank on the restoration and protection of roads in frontline regions.
According to the prime minister, Ukraine also secured new partnerships in the defense industry and energy sectors.
“This day once again confirmed that Ukraine and Europe share a common path, common values and a common future,” Svyrydenko said.
The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdansk focused on mobilizing international support for Ukraine’s recovery and strengthening the resilience of its economy, energy sector, infrastructure and defense industry amid Russia’s full-scale war.
