The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces struck a number of Russian military and infrastructure targets in Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The targets included a MiG-29 fighter jet, four radar stations and a plant producing solid rocket fuel.
This was reported by Unmanned Systems Forces Commander Robert Brovdi.
A Russian MiG-29 fighter jet was hit at Millerovo airfield near the settlement of Dolotynka in Russia’s Rostov region. The USF also struck a mock-up of a Ka-52 Alligator helicopter at the same location.
In the Rostov region, two Kasta-2E2 radar stations near Heraskin and Karaichev were also hit, along with a Nebo-SV radar station near Gukovo. Another ST-68 radar station was attacked near Rozdolne in temporarily occupied Crimea.
In addition, the Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Kamensky plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, which, according to Brovdi, produces solid rocket fuel.
In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, a Russian SOBR base in Strilkove and two relay systems used by Geran drones near Zaliznyi Port were hit.
A fuel storage tank was attacked in Yeysk, Krasnodar Krai. A fuel and lubricants depot in Dovzhansk, Luhansk region, was also struck.
Among the other targets, the USF commander named a shelter for a Zala drone crew in Olenivka, Crimea, the Arkhangel drone school in Kyrylivka, Zaporizhzhia region, and a drone laboratory in Novopetrivka, Donetsk region.
Units involved in the strikes included the 1st Separate USF Center, the 20th, 411th, 412th, 414th and 427th USF brigades, the 413th Separate Raid Regiment, as well as the Phoenix unit of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
