Today, 150 Ukrainian servicemen were released from Russian captivity. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on social media.
According to him, the released servicemen include members of the Navy who were captured in Mariupol and Zaporizhzhia region, as well as servicemen of the Air Force, Air Assault and Land Forces, National Guard, State Border Guard Service, terrorist defence and one police officer.








‘Some of the guys had been in captivity for more than two years. And today is a day that means more than years of waiting for them and their families. It is a real happiness to see them at home, alive and free,’ Zelenskyy stressed.
The President thanked everyone who is working on the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war, including international partners, including the UAE. He also stressed that Ukraine continues to work to release all its defenders.
