Russian forces struck a school in the Dergachi community of Ukraine’s Kharkiv region. The attack damaged the school building and a school bus, but no injuries were reported.
The information was provided by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov.

According to him, the strike damaged the above-ground section of the school, the building’s facade, and a school bus.
“All children attend classes in the underground school. The strike did not affect the educational process, and the underground facility was not damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” Syniehubov said.
The regional governor emphasized that protected educational spaces are being created across communities in the Kharkiv region specifically to safeguard children from Russian attacks.
He noted that despite Russia’s aggression, children must continue to have access to quality education and opportunities for development in safe conditions.
No additional consequences of the attack have been reported so far.
