Russia has reported a missile and drone attack, with explosions heard in Bryansk and Taganrog.
According to the Russian media, at night, residents of Bryansk heard explosions, after which a fire broke out on the territory of the oil refinery of the Russian main oil pipeline operator Transneft.
Explosions were also heard in the city of Taganrog, and local authorities reported a missile attack. The head of the region, Yuri Slyusar, said that the strike damaged an industrial enterprise and burned 14 cars. The missile was preliminarily aimed at the Taganrog Aviation Research and Technology Complex.
Also, according to local authorities, a boiler house was damaged, and a number of houses were left without heating.
