A series of enemy strikes was recorded in Kharkiv on the morning of January 19.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported an enemy strike on the Slobidskyi district of the city, saying that details were being clarified. He later informed about another strike on Kharkiv, adding that the enemy continued shelling the city and that additional impacts were being recorded.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov confirmed that, according to preliminary information, the enemy struck the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. He later reported another strike on the same district and warned that the air threat remained. Subsequently, Syniehubov said that a series of explosions had been heard in Kharkiv and that further details were being уточнюються.
According to monitoring channels, Kharkiv is under attack from rocket artillery, possibly combined with ballistic weapons. The attack is reported to be launched from Russia’s Belgorod region.
Local residents also report voltage fluctuations in residential buildings, with lights flickering in homes.
