On the night of October 31, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the Russian military-industrial enterprise Kamensky Combine in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region. The attack caused a fire at a finished-products warehouse and damaged four production workshops.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the military, the strike was combined: attack drones and Neptune coastal missile systems of the Ukrainian Navy were used against the facility.
The General Staff confirmed that a warehouse containing finished products caught fire. Four production workshops at the enterprise were also damaged.
Kamensky Combine produces solid rocket fuel for ammunition used by the Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems, as well as for a number of missile systems and air-launched weapons.
The General Staff said that strikes on solid rocket fuel production reduce the Russian military’s ability to use multiple launch rocket systems against Ukrainian settlements.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces also struck four Russian military logistics depots. They are located near Khartsyzk and Dokuchaievsk in the Donetsk region, Novovasylivka in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Novoaidar in the Luhansk region.
The General Staff said Ukrainian forces continue to strike facilities that support Russia’s military and economic potential.
