Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region on October 31. Eight people were injured, including three children.
Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha reported the attack.
Several apartment buildings were damaged in the strike. A 12-year-old boy was among the injured.
Medics are examining the injured and providing the necessary care.
