Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck drilling platforms in the Caspian Sea and an enemy air defense unit. A logistics warehouse belonging to occupying forces was also hit.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As part of efforts to reduce the aggressor’s military-economic capacity, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck three drilling platforms operated by Lukoil in the Caspian Sea — named after V. Filanovsky, Yuri Korchagin, and Valery Grayfer. These facilities were involved in supporting the Russian occupying army. Hits were recorded, with the extent of damage being clarified.

In addition, Ukrainian forces carried out a fire strike on a launcher of the Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system near the settlement of Baranycheve in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region. According to preliminary data, hits and explosions were recorded.

Also, in order to reduce the enemy’s logistics and combat capabilities, a warehouse of a material and technical unit belonging to the occupying forces’ 49th Army was struck near the settlement of Novotroitske in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.

The General Staff emphasized that Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue systematic efforts to weaken the military-economic capabilities and offensive potential of Russian occupying troops by striking facilities directly involved in the armed aggression against Ukraine.
