On the night of 17 May (from 23:50 on 16 May), the enemy attacked with 62 Shahed-type strike UAVs and various types of drone simulators, according to the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As of 12:00, 36 Shahed strike UAVs (and other types of drones) were confirmed shot down in the east, north, south, west and centre of the country.
Six enemy drone simulators were lost (without negative consequences).
The Sumy, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions were affected by the enemy attack.
