In the Dnipropetrovsk region, energy companies have restored power to 350,000 consumers. About 500,000 families still remain without electricity.

Critical infrastructure in the region is operating with electricity. The exception is Pavlohrad, where work is complicated by constant alarms and the threat of attacks.
According to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, State Emergency Service rescuers and police are working around the clock in an enhanced mode. Personnel from the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions have been mobilized. This includes nearly 1,500 police officers, over 570 rescuers, and more than 300 pieces of equipment.
More than 1,500 emergency shelters and tents for warming up have been set up in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
In communities where the warning system is temporarily out of order, police officers are informing residents about air raid alerts using loudspeakers.
Patrol officers are regulating traffic on dangerous sections of roads.
