Ukrainian troops have liberated the village of Kindrativka in the Sumy region. According to the DeepState community, the operation was carried out by the 225th Separate Assault Unit, which had previously liberated another settlement in the area.
Citing their own sources, DeepState reported that the 225th unit has completed clearing operations and secured full control of the village. During the offensive, Russian forces suffered significant losses, including the destruction of a battalion from the 40th Separate Marine Brigade, a battalion from the 155th Separate Marine Brigade, and a motorized rifle battalion from the 30th Separate Motorized Rifle Regiment. The commander of the latter unit was also reportedly killed.
Russian infantry remained encircled in the village for some time, and Ukrainian forces needed additional efforts to eliminate them.
