Two people were killed and four others injured in a Russian attack on Kyiv. Fires broke out in the Sviatoshynskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolonskyi and Podilskyi districts of the capital.

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, private residential houses caught fire as a result of the strike. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a warehouse building caught fire.
In the Obolonskyi district, a shop premises caught fire as a result of the attack.
Another fire broke out in the Podilskyi district, where a private residential house caught fire.
Initially, one injured woman was reported. Later, the Kyiv City Military Administration said the number of injured had risen to four.
The city authorities later confirmed that one person had been killed in the Russian strikes.
It was later reported that another woman had died.
