During the visit of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Ukraine, a new attack drone was presented that looks like a miniature version of the Iranian UAV Shahed.
Photos of the drone were published by the Office of the President.
The exhibition showcased drones made in Ukraine and those created in cooperation with German companies. One of the presented UAVs is equipped with artificial intelligence automatic targeting systems.
According to Militarnyi, the technical characteristics of this product are not disclosed, but based on the photo, it can be concluded that the drone is equipped with an electric motor, antennas for communication with the operator, and a video camera.
This configuration suggests that this is probably not a long-range drone for infrastructure damage, but a kamikaze for destroying targets “tens” of kilometers deep into enemy territory.
