Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine, the United States and Russia are arranging a trilateral meeting at the team level in the first half of November. Kyiv is ready to hold the meeting on any day, but according to the president, everything depends on the Russian side.

Zelenskyy said this during a speech at the Hudson Institute.

Earlier, the Ukrainian team held talks with U.S. President Donald Trump’s representatives, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The sides discussed the results of meetings in Oslo and St. Petersburg, as well as ways to advance the diplomatic process in November.

“We are ready to meet on any day, even tomorrow. But everything depends on the Russians,” Zelenskyy said.

According to him, a similar trilateral meeting had been expected in October, but it did not take place because the Russian side found another reason not to participate in the talks.

The president stressed that such meetings require active U.S. involvement and pressure from Washington on Russia.

“And we need to move from trilateral talks at the technical level to a meeting of the leaders, because key issues can only be resolved at that level,” Zelenskyy said.

Separately, the president said speed restrictions on Starlink and Starshield remain in place, while deliveries of interceptor missiles intended to protect Ukraine from Russian ballistic missiles are still delayed.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine is waiting for interceptors that had already been agreed upon, but they have still not arrived.

Zelenskyy also said that despite more difficult conditions and restrictions affecting Starlink and Starshield, Ukrainian forces continue to hold the front line.

The president added that Ukraine wants to maintain strong and genuinely friendly relations with the United States and other partners and to explain its position to the world more openly in order to strengthen support for decisions that could bring peace closer.

Earlier, Glavnoe in Ukraine reported that after talks with Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg, Steve Witkoff said diplomatic contacts would continue in the form of trilateral technical-level negotiations between the United States, Ukraine and Russia.
