        Top 10 business owners in Ukraine in 2026

        There are 74,000 business owners in Ukraine whose companies generate over UAH 10 million in annual revenue. This represents about 20% of all entrepreneurs who filed financial reports.

        According to Opendatabot, a total of 360,000 company owners submitted annual reports, with only 28% being women.

        The vast majority of business owners — 72% — are men. Nearly a quarter of this segment is registered in Kyiv (16,230 individuals), followed by Dnipropetrovsk region (7,204) and Lviv region (5,878). Together, these regions account for about 40% of the ranking.

        Most businesses operate in the “mid-range” segment: 79% report revenues between UAH 10 million and 100 million, while another 19% generate between UAH 100 million and 1 billion. Only 2% of companies exceed UAH 1 billion in revenue.

        The ranking expanded over the year: 15,450 new participants were added, while 9,122 dropped out, resulting in a net increase of 6,328 business owners. Only 21 participants retained their positions, 37% moved up, and 42% dropped in the ranking.

        Rinat Akhmetov remains the top-ranked business owner with company revenues exceeding UAH 843 billion. He is followed by Vitaliy Antonov (UAH 164 billion) and Andriy Verevskyi (UAH 149.7 billion). The top 10 also includes Yuriy Kosyuk, Volodymyr Kostelman, Oleksiy Poroshenko, and Dmytro Firtash. The only woman in the top 10 is Svitlana Ivakhiv, with revenues of about UAH 46.9 billion.

        To enter the top 100 in 2025, companies needed revenues of nearly UAH 10 billion, 11% higher than in 2024. Entry into the top 1,000 requires at least UAH 1.5 billion in revenue.

        Overall, 69 of the top 100 business owners are registered in Ukraine. The ranking also includes entrepreneurs from Cyprus, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other countries.
