On the night of February 20, the Russian occupiers launched a combined attack with missiles of various types of air, land and sea-based missiles against critical infrastructure facilities in the Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A total of 14 missiles were used:
- cruise missiles – Kh-101/Kh-55cm;
- “Kalibr” / ”Iskander-K”
- ballistic missiles – Iskander-M/KN-23.
“Information on the results of combat operations and the consequences of the missile strike is not made public,” the military said.
In addition, the enemy attacked with 161 Shahed strike UAVs and other types of imitator drones.
“As of 10:00 a.m., 80 UAVs were confirmed to have been shot down in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions,” the Air Force said.
78 enemy imitator drones were lost in the area.
Kharkiv, Sumy, Odesa and Kyiv regions suffered as a result of the enemy attack. In the Kherson region, an enemy guided aerial bomb partially destroyed the entrance of a high-rise building, there are victims, and rescue operations are underway.
