On the morning of May 2, Russians attacked Kharkiv and Chuhuiv with drones and ballistic missiles. There is destruction and civilians were injured.

In the Kholodnohirsky district of Kharkiv, a production and warehouse building of a private enterprise was destroyed by UAV strikes, and private houses in the residential sector nearby were also damaged. Six people were injured, including a child. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service were working at the scene.
In Kyiv district, ballistic missiles hit the ground. The facades and windows of multi-storey residential buildings, a dormitory and transport infrastructure were damaged. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
In the city of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv region, drone strikes caused destruction and a fire in an unused warehouse building. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
