At least ten people were wounded in a Russian strike on Odesa, the region’s military administration reports.
According to preliminary data, on the morning of November 25, the Russian military struck the city center with an Iskander-M ballistic missile.
The victims were hospitalized, one woman is in serious condition, said the head of the regional administration, Oleg Kiper.
The shelling damaged civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, a medical facility, office space, commercial facilities and vehicles.
“Two educational institutions were also damaged – a school and a university gym. Windows and doors were smashed. Fortunately, teachers and students were in shelters at the time of the strike,” Kiper writes.
