Naftogaz reported that on 3 December, Russian troops once again deliberately attacked the Kherson combined heat and power plant. The facility has been shelled daily, but following yesterday’s strike, it has been practically destroyed. According to the company, several employees were injured.
Naftogaz stressed that the Kherson CHP is an entirely civilian facility whose sole purpose is to provide heating for the city’s residents. Despite this, Russian forces continue to systematically target the plant — an act the company describes as terrorism.
