Russia has launched unidentified satellites in the interests of its Ministry of Defense.

According to official data, a Soyuz-2.1v rocket was launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region. This facility is used for launching both civilian and military satellites, as well as for testing weapons.

Previously, intercontinental missiles, including Yars, were launched at Plesetsk, as well as tests of the Sarmat missile, which ended in an explosion.
