Ukrainian Railways reported a targeted strike on railway infrastructure that damaged the Fastiv junction station and suburban rolling stock, according to Ukrzaliznytsia. There were no casualties, but suburban train traffic is significantly disrupted for the day.

The company temporarily restricted services from Kyiv to Motovylivka, from Koziatyn to Kozhanka, and from Myronivka to Fastiv-2. Shuttle operations between Kyiv and Motovylivka have been introduced in place of Kyiv–Fastiv-1 routes.

Regional train No. 892 Fastiv–Slavutych will now operate between Boyarka and Slavutych, keeping its schedule unchanged. Services to Zhytomyr and Vasylkiv are temporarily suspended, including trains No. 6491, 7034, 7037, 6042, 6041 and 6046. Traffic between Chernihiv and Slavutych is also suspended — trains No. 6851, 6854, 6853 and 6856.

Ukrainian Railways emphasized that it is maintaining as much service as possible in the region and urged passengers to follow official updates closely.
