        Night attack on Odesa: people and energy infrastructure damaged

        On the night of 3 March, Russian troops attacked Odesa, injuring four people.

        This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

        The enemy attack damaged energy infrastructure facilities, causing emergency power outages in parts of the city. Utilities are currently working to launch generators to support critical infrastructure, including boiler houses.

        Two private houses and a business centre were also damaged. Three of the victims sustained shrapnel wounds and fractures, and another person sustained concussion.
