        General Staff: Russia’s combat losses exceed 1.1 million since February 2022

        Ukraine’s General Staff has released updated estimates of Russian combat losses from the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, through September 21, 2025.

        According to the General Staff, the enemy’s total losses are approximately:

        • Personnel – about 1,101,610 (+1,010)
        • Tanks11,193 (+1)
        • Armored fighting vehicles23,281 (+1)
        • Artillery systems32,952 (+25)
        • Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS)1,492 (no change)
        • Air defense systems1,218 (no change)
        • Aircraft422 (no change)
        • Helicopters341 (no change)
        • Operational-tactical UAVs61,598 (+553)
        • Cruise missiles3,747 (+29)
        • Warships/boats28 (no change)
        • Submarines1 (no change)
        • Vehicles and fuel tanks62,245 (+77)
        • Special equipment3,969 (+1)

        The General Staff emphasized that the figures are preliminary and subject to clarification.
