Over the past day, Russian troop losses increased by another 1,040 personnel. The total number of eliminated Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion has exceeded 1.21 million.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to January 7, 2026 amount to about 1,214,500 personnel, including 1,040 over the past day.
Over the same period, Ukrainian forces destroyed three tanks, two armored combat vehicles, 26 artillery systems, and two multiple launch rocket systems. Russian losses in operational-tactical UAVs increased by 406 units.
In addition, Russia lost 122 units of automotive and fuel equipment and one unit of special equipment. The data are being updated.
