Five people killed in Chernihiv region as a result of Russian attack, including an infant

Last night, June 5, Russian military forces attacked the city of Pryluky in Chernihiv region with strike drones. Five people were killed and others were injured.

This was reported by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.

According to preliminary data, at least six Geran-type drones struck Pryluky.

Five people are known to have died, including two women and a one-year-old child, who were found under the rubble. There is also information about six wounded people who have been hospitalized in local hospitals and are receiving all necessary assistance.

According to the State Emergency Service, the child who died as a result of the attack was one year and four months old.

The strikes caused large-scale fires in the residential area. Two residential buildings, two garages, one farm building, and a car were destroyed.
